Digital Products

All products sold through our website are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased ebook(s).

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are generally considered final.

Refund Eligibility

We may provide a refund under the following circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You purchased the same ebook multiple times by mistake.
You experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery of your ebook, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
You were unable to access your purchased files after reasonable troubleshooting with our support team.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

You changed your mind after purchase.
You purchased the wrong ebook.
You no longer need the product.
You expected a physical book instead of a digital download.
You did not read the product description before purchasing.
You dislike the content, writing style, or design after downloading.
You are unable to open PDF files due to unsupported software or device issues.
You failed to download the files before deleting your email or losing access to your account (our support team can assist with restoring access).

Technical Assistance

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us before requesting a refund.

Our support team will make every reasonable effort to help you:

Access your download
Restore your purchase
Resolve compatibility issues
Answer product-related questions

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same ebook more than once, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

After verification, we will either:

Refund the duplicate payment, or
Provide another suitable solution at our discretion.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.

We may request additional information to verify the transaction before processing any claim.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution while the payment provider investigates the transaction.

File Access

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout.

If you do not receive your download email, please check your:

Email filters

If you still cannot locate your download, contact our support team and we will assist you.

Product Updates

If a purchased ebook receives corrections or minor updates, customers who purchased the ebook may continue using their existing copy. Availability of updated versions is provided at our discretion.
